The industry attracted Lisa's attention 25 years ago and it soon became apparent that she was going to rise to the challenge, whatever that might be. At a time when the industry was still recognised for professional standards Lisa embraced the intensive training knowing that she would then maintain focus throughout her career. Doing so has enabled her to develop an enviable reputation as a prolific performer in all agency disciplines across the high-end country markets.
Her view on 'Art of Property' is simple. Lisa says “it just combines the best of the best from the past two decades. Everything that brought success and created a winning formula are the essential ingredients but with a twist”. She says “the industry profile has become very static and grey. We intend to inject colour and energy, pace and progressive strategic thinking to match the emerging culture of the market place”. Lisa can be found in their delightful ‘Glasshouse Studio’ on the rural outskirts of Fordingbridge.
A highly trained estate agent who became a great all-rounder with several years as a manager dedicated to negotiating and customer services. Jo developed her skills to commercial operations working both in and on the business. She now plays a pivotal role in developing, for Lisa, the team and its activities as the company embarks on a strategic business plan and selective recruitment process. Jo says that "none of us are as good as all of us so ensuring that everyone plays a highly significant role in the progression and growth of the business is absolutely paramount. We have ambitions for us and aspirations for our clients”.
Of Art of Property Jo says “we thrive on the vibrancy of it all and love the 'Private Office and Art Club' which are hugely effective initiatives with real client benefits.
